things didnt go smoothly yesterday at work. i received a complain from customer. it wasnt right for me to fight over a dress with a customer, but i did my shopping after my work. she came into the shop not seeing the dress being displayed on the rack, and seeing me walking out of the fitting room with that dress. what could make her more effing pissed was that she found out i am going to buy that dress and that was the last piece. thats not all. she complained to my colleague and wanted to call justin for giving a face, an attitude that she didnt like. hello! i was mother guilty for taking the dress before you alright?! what kind of face can i show? an arrogant one? her that sentence truly make me feel that i was right for buying the dress and i shouldnt even have consider to give up the black one for the purple one. blame herself for not getting it, for hesitating over whether she should get the dress when its still available.
secondly, from yesterday's another accident, always be "FAKE" to your customers, NEVER give promises as they might come back kicking a fuss over your words. i am a bad sale assistant.
i'll only be working on Thursday for next week, should start planning my whole week schedule in case it ticks as fast as i snap my fingers. it cant be a waste.
