i am losing my determination and mentality to slim down. i did it, i had succeed a few days back and now i am gobbling all the junk food down my throat again. why is this so? for the sake of your loves, for the sake of the jealousy glares, for the sake of more counter ship, please you need to slim down before school reopens. in other words, these few days, i will look hideous. i am going to limit myself to a meal per day and it gotta be a healthy meal especially there's no more training this week. please go climb the stairs or do what so ever, i want you to look great!
